Returns and refunds are only available if the item is defective. While issuing the return please share images/videos of the defect to get it approved. Refund will be processed within 5-7 days of defective item being returned to us.

Cancellation is only possible in the case that the products have not been shipped. You can opt for a store credit or opt for another product. Once shipped, cancellation requests are not valid.

Within 7 days after receiving the order the exchange can be initiated. Subject to product availability. The fastest way to ensure the fit you want is to return the item you have, and send us a message on our Instagram account or saying

"EXCHANGE" and the team will get back to you, and will inform you on availability. 

EXCHANGE VALUE - Has to be equal or higher to the product you have bought.


Please note that the piece must be unused, unwashed, free of any odour, and the tag must be intact. Once we receive your return parcel, the piece is put through a quality check; Misconceptions reserves the right to deny a return/exchange if the piece does not pass the quality check.
